Conditions for your first online order with Shirin Persia:

• during your first purchase, before validating your order, you will be asked to register by filling in a form with your details.
• Registration does not imply any obligation to make a purchase, and you can request cancellation if you feel it necessary.
• after this operation, you can use your login data for all subsequent purchases and to check the status of your orders.
  Registration form:
• in the registration form you will be asked for your e-mail address (username) and a password.
• The other mandatory fields are: first name, last name, address, postal code, telephone number.
• you can subscribe to the Shirin Persia newsletter by ticking the "yes" box.
  Availability:
• unless otherwise indicated, the products in the selection are all available.
• if a product is out of stock during the purchase process, you will be contacted promptly and you can decide whether to wait, replace it with another or, if payment has already been made with a credit card, you can obtain a refund.

Right of withdrawal
All products purchased enjoy the right of withdrawal as provided for by Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185.
Shirin Persia assures to every customer of this site, the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of delivery, that is the possibility to return what has been purchased. the purchased products can be returned, as long as they are in perfect condition (seals of the vases intact). we will refund the entire amount of the order, excluding shipping costs, as required by Italian law. legislative decree 22 May 1999, n. 185

Order status
The status of your order can be monitored by accessing the appropriate section from your user panel with your username (email) and password.

Shipping

• from the moment of receipt of payment Shirin Persia reserves a maximum of 3 working days to process the order.
• the shipment of the order will be communicated with an email, where it will be indicated the code of the shipment.
• During christmas, new year and easter delivery times may be delayed.
• Shirin Persia cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.
• for orders over 100,00 (one hundred) euro, shipping costs are totally at Shirin Persia's charge.
• for orders of less than 100.00 (one hundred) euros, shipping costs are charged to the recipient (€ 8 mainland Italy and Sicily, € 14 Sardinia and smaller islands, for Europe the rates are calculated according to the actual destination)
• prices: all prices include VAT.
• invoice request: any request for an invoice must be made at the same time as the order, specifying this in the notes.
