• 2 bottles of saffron beer | 33cl - 5,2% alc, 22 IBUs

• Pure Iranian saffron in whole pistils, Dasteh format from the region of South Khorasan, province of Qa'en supplied in glass tube with screw cap, in 1 gram package (package height 10 cm).

• A cardboard box with a little red ribbon.

SAFFRON WHEAT BEER WITH AMERICAN HOPS
Tasting - It has a bright yellow colour, which denotes a nice liveliness.
The aroma is distinctly fruity, of peach, citrus and passion fruit, notes that follow on from the elegant exotic spiciness of saffron.
It is a dry and refreshing beer, with moderate bitterness leading to a lingering finish that is hard to forget.
Pairings: Versatile beer, ideal for aperitifs, it goes very well with delicate cheeses, white meat, fish, sushi, vegetables.
Glassware: This beer is best enjoyed in an "American Pint" glass, the recommended serving temperature is between 8 and 10 °C, but it is by allowing it to rise a few degrees while tasting that you will be able to perceive all its nuances and aromas.

The project - This beer is the result of a collaboration between Shirin Persia, a company founded in 2019 that imports quality fair-trade saffron and fair-trade craft products from Iran, and the 5+ brewery in Trento. We have found important points of convergence together:

• Absolute search for quality without compromise and without shortcuts
• Experimentation and innovation in terms of product, production methods and communication
• Eco-sustainable management of the supply chain, promotion of the circular economy
• Social sustainability, use of fair-trade raw materials
