SAFFRON WHEAT BEER WITH AMERICAN HOPS

- Tasting - It has a bright yellow colour, which denotes a nice liveliness.
The aroma is distinctly fruity, of peach, citrus and passion fruit, notes that follow on from the elegant exotic spiciness of saffron.
It is a dry and refreshing beer, with moderate bitterness leading to a lingering finish that is hard to forget.
- Pairings: Versatile beer, ideal for aperitifs, it goes very well with delicate cheeses, white meat, fish, sushi, vegetables.
- Glassware: This beer is best enjoyed in an "American Pint" glass, the recommended serving temperature is between 8 and 10 °C, but it is by letting it rise a few degrees while tasting that you will be able to perceive all its nuances and aromas.

- The project - This beer is the result of a collaboration between Shirin Persia, a company founded in 2019 and importer of quality fair-trade saffron and fair-trade craft products from Iran, and the 5+ brewery in Trento. We have found important points of convergence together:
